SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We will deliver anywhere and everywhere in Australia provided you have given us the correct delivery address!.

If the item is in stock then you should receive it within 5 days of placing the order.

Freight charges are based on your postcode, country of order, weight and size of your order.

As some products are too bulky for Australia Post we will need to employ a courier.

Sheila or Michael will email or ring you with the final charges of the order during office hours if you have left a phone number or contactable email.

 Its exciting to receive new goods!! and we hope you will be present during office hours (0800-1730 hrs)on Mon-Friday to receive the goods.

It would help if you are there between these times.If you can't then we would suggest you nominate a friend, spouse or relative (not someone who going to be jealous! about you receiving the goods and walk with them!) to meet and greet the delivery man. If this is not possible then the courier company will just leave you  note to call them and arrange a time that suits you both.
