What is our Guarantee?
Our guarantee is that the item you ordered will be at allocated address you provided in 5 working days from the date of order......though it depends on your LOCATION in Australia!. Overseas orders will take longer.
If the item is to take longer than this time we will contact you by email or phone.
If an item is defective within 7 days from the time of delivery please call us first! 0425 302 138 and speak to Sheila or Michael 0411 236 547 on Wed and Thurs only during office hrs. As the item is under the manufacturers warranty it will need to be returned at your cost to the supplier.
